Generally since we're trying to get ready for 10 man raids it'd be nice to have everyone join be level 58+

This of course cannot always happen and it's good to have range of levels in the guild sometimes...

Members that have been in the guild longer usually have a stronger tie to the guild and tend to be of great value all around.

Requirements:
Don't suck badly enough to wipe a group...

Our target recruitment is 58-70 and as of yet no requirements on gear / attunements / etc.

I would advise it's best to work on your heroic badges since the rewards are better than Kara epics and are on par with T5... put PvP on hold for a little and get those badges!

Most guild invites will be given after an interview of a few questions an officer will ask... after that either the person will be invited or not. There will be a time where people will need to "app" or apply on the forums.
